Note:

No alcoholic beverages are allowed, no taping or pinning things on the wall or ceiling. Rental time must include your set-up and clean-up of your decorations. This includes your Event Planner's setup and breakdown times. It is your responsibility to inform your event planner of these restrictions.
ATTENTION: When reservations are made an invoice will be sent and all paperwork (rental form, hold-harmless, insurance) and payment due in 2 weeks. If payment is not received by due date the date will be released and opened up for new reservations.
